Services / Leak detection

Find the source. Protect your home.

An unexplained water bill, damp drywall, or the sound of running water deserves a closer look. Our team uses acoustic listening, pressure testing, and other methods suited to the plumbing and site conditions to narrow down the source.

How we can help

  • Interior and exterior water leak assessment
  • Underground water line investigation
  • Acoustic listening and pressure testing
  • Clear repair options after diagnosis

What to tell our Las Vegas leak detection team

Describe when you first noticed the problem, whether fixtures are in use when you hear water, and which rooms or outdoor areas are affected. Have recent water bills and meter observations available if possible. A water bill increase is a clue, not a diagnosis; toilets, irrigation, and automatic pool filling can also use water unexpectedly.

How testing guides the repair

The investigation depends on access, pipe material, layout, and site conditions. We may isolate appropriate sections, pressure test lines, and use acoustic listening to narrow the source. Testing cannot guarantee that every leak will be located without access. Once the affected line is identified, we explain repair choices and what finishes may need to be opened.

Residential and commercial leak assessments

We serve homes, condominiums, commercial properties, and property managers in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, and Boulder City. For a condominium or shared system, tell us which units are affected and who can authorize access. Our team will discuss availability and the assessment scope when you call.

What to expect

We discuss the assessment, explain our findings, and provide scope and pricing before repair work begins. Access and finish restoration are addressed in the estimate. Appointment timing depends on current availability.

Do you have to open the wall to find a leak?+

Not always. Testing can help narrow the area before opening finishes. Some leaks still require access to confirm the source or complete a repair.

Can you inspect a leak with no visible water?+

Yes. Share any meter changes, bill increases, sounds, or warm spots so we can plan the assessment.
